How it works
Step 1: Sign up free
Sign in with Google or an email code. There's no card to enter.
Step 2: Add the Chrome extension
Open Canvas, choose your courses and sync them. It only reads Canvas; it never posts or submits anything.
Step 3: Connect your AI app
ChatGPT, Claude or Muse: add Lykke once from Settings, then ask “What's due this week?”
Files you sync are shared with other Lykke students in that Canvas class, including anyone who audits it.

Will Lykke submit my homework?
No. It never submits coursework, enters quiz or exam answers, or posts to a discussion — its Canvas connection only reads. It makes things you learn from: prep questions, plans, courses and flashcards.
Which AI apps does it work with?
ChatGPT, Claude and Muse, and coding apps like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Claude and ChatGPT sign in to Lykke the first time they connect; Muse uses a key you make in Lykke's Settings. In ChatGPT, OpenAI offers this on the web for Business, Enterprise and Edu plans, and read-only on Pro.
Is it free?
Yes, to start. On the free plan your AI app sees your classes and schedule: your Canvas courses, assignments and deadlines. Scholar Plus ($6.99 a month, or $4.99 a month billed yearly) adds your notes and goals, your Canvas files and announcements, and your courses and flashcards. New accounts get their first 7 days free with everything in Scholar Plus, no card.
Does Lykke train AI on my work?
No. Lykke doesn't train its own or anyone else's AI models on your notes, files or chats, and under their current terms the AI providers Lykke uses don't train their models on what it sends them. The AI app you connect is different: what it keeps, and whether it learns from it, is up to its maker and your settings there.
Does it read my Google Calendar?
Lykke reads your primary calendar to show your events in its calendar, and keeps a copy to do that. Its AI never receives them — plans come from your Canvas deadlines, notes and files. It can't change your calendar: a study block goes on it only when you save it in Google Calendar.
Can my teachers see what I do?
Your private notes and full chats are not shown to instructors. Whoever owns a course you read can see your name and email, how far you've read, how many questions you asked, and an AI summary of those questions — never the conversations themselves. Questions you ask about their course anywhere in Lykke are shown to them only after an AI rewrites them without your name or personal details, grouped with other students' questions, once at least three students have asked; they never see who asked. If you sync a Canvas course, its verified instructor can see the same kind of anonymized, grouped questions about that course, once at least five students have asked. If you opt in through MCP settings, they can also see an aggregate summary of course topics explored by at least three students through connected assistants, without individual requests or reasons.
